Mike Vallely Goes Hollywood!

Ka f.... Det er ikke første gang skatere spiller i Hollywood film men
det er like pussig hver gang. Hvem husker vel ikke Gleaming the
Cube og Politiskolen med Bones Brigade teamet, Thrashin med
Christian Hosoi og Alva teamet, Enemy of the state og Vanilla sky
(og mange flere) med Jason Lee.
Og nå altså: Paul Blart: Mall Cop med Mike Vallely som en av the
bad guys. En annen film som er verdt å få med seg er den
kommende filmen Street Dreams som er delvis skrevetav Rob Dyrdek.
Den handler om en up and coming street skater som går gjennom
litt av hvert på veien til å bli pro. Paul Rodriguez Jr, Rob Dyrdek og
Ryan Sheckler spiller hovedrollene. Kommer en eller annen gang i
2009.



Som en annen kuriositet kan vi nevne filmen Skateboard: the movie fra 1978. Med Tony Alva som Tony Bluetile
og en hel haug av kjente 70 talls skatere. Vanskelig å få tak men fett cover!!!!

Supra Society Terry Kennedy Signature Model

Supra has officially let the previews out of their upcoming model with skater Terry Kennedy. Keeping with the strong popularity of the high-top sneaker, the TK model is no different as it goes further then the famed Skytop with a higher cut shoe. From the Catwalk to the streets......Erin Wasson designer for RVCA.

American model and stylist Erin Wasson is set to kick off Fashion Week with her debut collection of Erin Wasson X RVCA clothing.

The 26-year-old model-turned designer has signed a three-year deal to design a collection for RVCA, which will start with a 2009 Spring collection. The line will include low cut tanks to frayed denim tops in the price range of $55-$230. Insiders hint that more designs in cotton tops, denim, miniskirts, and blazers are in the offing.
“I’m going to get my rocks off seeing girls in California skating around wearing my clothes more than I think I will seeing it in the fashion world,” said Wasson.

Wasson’s 16-piece capsule collection is expected to hit stores in January, along with her favorite “lightning-bolt print top”, called simply the Zeppelin.
